The TV world products (the "Site") is an online information service provided by asseenontvworld ("asseenontvworld "), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

6.Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom applicable to agreements made and to be performed in United Kingdom. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between tv home products and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in United Kingdom . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. asseenontvworld failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. asseenontvworld may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

7. Price
7.1 Subject to this clause 7, the price payable for Goods that you Order are as set out on our Website;
7.2 The prices payable for Goods exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering your Goods. 
7.3 Prices are subject to change without notice.
7.4 Prices are inclusive of VAT

8. Cancellation by Us
8.1 We reserve the right to cancel the Contract if:
a. we have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered; or
b. we do not deliver to your area or country; or
c. if one or more of the Goods you ordered was listed with incorrect information including price, and/or description for whatever reason; or
d. if we have reason to believe that you will fail to pay for the Goods or that you will not comply with these Terms.

9. Delivery of Goods to You
9.1 Subject to clause 9.4, we will deliver the Goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your Order.
9.2 Delivery will be made by 2nd class Royal Mail as soon as possible after your Order is received. This could take up to 28 days.
9.3 You will become the owner of the Goods you have ordered when you have paid for them they have been delivered to you. Once Goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
9.4 We will not deliver to a PO Box address. We also reserve the right not to deliver Orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example a communal postal address.
